Greater Trenton Pipes and Drums is a non-profit pipe band located in the central New Jersey area. Our members hail from Mercer, Burlington, Monmouth, Buck"s (PA), and Chester (PA) Counties. Our focus is on the education, promotion and preservation of the music of the Great Highland Bagpipes and Drums. Founded in 2000, the band is composed of 22 Pipers and drummers. Over the years, the Lia Fail Pipe and drum Corps has established itself as the premier bagpipe band in central New Jersey. Lia Fail has been honored to perform at many prestigious events, including the New Jersey Governor’s Annual Saint Patrick’s Day festivities at the governor’s residence in Princeton, Drumthwachet. The Band has also performed at a variety of functions at Princeton University, including the Annual Reunion of Princeton Alumni, the Saint Patrick’s Day celebration at the legendary Ivy Club ……
